Sometimes in life things happen that cause us to feel sad, unhappy or depressed. So what is the key to happiness? I am no expert on happiness but here are a few steps I think can help you find the path to happiness. First, you need to stop living in the past. If something has happened in your life that has got you feeling down about yourself, then the first step is learning how to move forward from it.
1. Forgiveness. Don't live with regret because its only going to hold you back from yourself
2. Don't give up. No situation is ever permanent you have to keep reminding yourself its only temporary and it will soon pass.
3. Learn from your mistakes. Plain and simple, don't dwell on it, keep moving and learn from it. You are suppose to make mistakes, its part of life. No one is perfect, if we were all perfect the world would be a perfect place.
4. Change. If you don't like something in your life change it. Someone once told me that change was good. You, are in control of your life and only YOU can change it.
5. Stop being Negative. If you are constantly thinking negative thoughts how can you lead a positive life? Don't allow yourself to be negative, choose to be HAPPY.

These are just 5 simple steps I think that can help lead the way to happiness. Remember to only regret the chances you didn't take. Start living your life, its now or never.
